By creating an account, browsing listings, submitting properties, or contacting real estate service professionals through Facing360, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Overview of Services

Facing360 is a technology-enabled real estate consultation and property discovery platform facilitating property listings (residential, commercial, plots, and agricultural land), real estate projects, direct owner-buyer connections, and expert professional services across South India and key growth hubs.

3. User Account Registration & Responsibilities

To access certain features (such as submitting property listings, booking consultations, or accessing partner dashboards), you must register for an account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• You must immediately notify Facing360 of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

4. Property Listings & Owner Content

Property owners, agents, and builders who submit properties or project developments for display on Facing360 represent and warrant that:

• They hold legal ownership, valid power of attorney, or express authority to list and market the specified property.
• All details, images, floor plans, pricing, and title claims provided are accurate, genuine, and not misleading.
• Listings comply with applicable laws, including local municipal regulations, zoning codes, and Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) rules where applicable.
• Facing360 reserves the right to review, audit, request verification documents, or unpublish any listing that violates our standards or receives verified complaints.

5. Verified Professionals & Service Directory

Facing360 lists verified service professionals including lawyers, land surveyors, builders, civil engineers, document writers, and loan executives. While Facing360 audits credentials prior to onboarding:

• Independent service partners operate as autonomous contractors and professionals. Facing360 does not directly employ external legal counsel or financial institutions.
• Users are encouraged to exercise due diligence when finalizing legal opinions, financial agreements, or construction contracts.

6. Prohibited Activities

When using Facing360, users agree not to:

• Post false, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized property listings.
• Engage in harassment, spamming, scraping, or automated data collection without prior written consent.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to bypass security measures.
• Infringe upon intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights of Facing360 or third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Facing360 provides its platform and property information on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Facing360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of property transactions, third-party disclosures, or website downtime.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising from these Terms or the use of Facing360 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh.
