1. Plans & Subscriptions

2. Trial Plan – Short-term access to premium features for evaluation purposes.

3. Premium Plan – Paid plan offering enhanced features, available on a monthly, yearly, or lifetime subscription basis.

The specific features, posting limits, and benefits of each plan are detailed on our website and may be updated from time to time.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to post properties.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information while posting.

• You must have legal rights or authorization to list the property.

3. User Responsibilities

By posting a property on our platform, you agree that:

• All property details, images, and documents provided are true and accurate.

• Listings will not contain false, misleading, offensive, or illegal content.

• You are solely responsible for verifying property ownership and legality.

• You will not misuse the platform for spam, duplicate listings, or unauthorized advertising.

4. Plan Usage Rules

• Free Plan: Limited postings and features. Designed for individuals testing the platform.

• Trial Plan: Temporary access to premium features. May be revoked if misused.

• Premium Plan (Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime):

  • Active until the subscription period ends or is terminated.

  • Lifetime plan grants indefinite posting privileges unless the platform ceases operations.

  • Unused posting credits within a billing cycle do not carry forward.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Premium subscriptions require upfront payment.

• Fees are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors where services are not delivered.

• We reserve the right to revise prices or plan features with prior notice.

6. Content Ownership & Rights

• Users retain ownership of the content they post.

• By posting, you grant Facing360° a license to display, promote, and distribute your property listing across our platform and affiliated networks.

• We reserve the right to remove or reject any listing that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Provide false or misleading property details.

• Post unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal listings.

• Violate these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Facing360° acts only as a real estate consultancy and online listing platform.

• We are not responsible for disputes, transactions, or agreements made directly between buyers, sellers, or agents.

• Users are advised to conduct independent due diligence before finalizing any transaction.

9. Modifications

Facing360° reserves the right to modify or discontinue plans, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
